What is the Affordable
Connectivity Program?

Americans need cell phone service and access to high-speed internet connections. It’s no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity in lieu of the pandemic. To ensure Americans receive affordable high-speed internet, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris collaborated with Democrats and Republicans to create the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

The service offers a discount of up to $30 on monthly broadband internet service to eligible households and $75 per month for residents on qualifying Tribal lands. Eligible individuals who pair their ACP benefit with a provider, such as Q Link Wireless, a leading provider of the Lifeline Program and Affordable Connectivity Program, can get monthly high-speed internet for free with free and unlimited cell phone service.

How Can You Qualify for the ACP?

You may be eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program if you meet one of two qualifications.
